By using Velenya apps or websites (including velenya.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Velenya is a wellness companion for exploring conception, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. Features may include a Health Timeline, stage-aware Care tools (such as Symptom Log, Weight Tracker, Nutrition, Appointments, Exercise Log, Smart Alarms, Baby this week, Kick Counter, Contred contraction timer, Birth Plan, Notes, Mom's Recovery, Mood Check, Baby Tracker, Cry Soother, and Partner View), Music (including For You recommendations and Contred Calm sounds), Shop (curated affiliate offers), Super Agent chat, daily plans and briefings, and optional sync with Apple Health or Health Connect. Features may change, be added or removed, or be limited by subscription entitlements or platform availability.

Not medical advice

Velenya is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Meal ideas, food-safety lookups, Contred timers, kick counts, recovery and mood tools, Music, Shop suggestions, and AI answers are informational wellness support only. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical questions. In an emergency—including heavy bleeding, severe pain, trouble breathing, or sudden reduced baby movement—contact local emergency services or your maternity care team immediately.

Accounts

You need a Velenya account to use the apps. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate journey information (such as life stage and due or birth date) so stage-aware tools stay relevant. You must comply with applicable law.

AI features

When you explicitly allow AI processing in the app, Velenya may send selected inputs (such as meal photos you scan, Super Agent messages, and short wellness summaries) to OpenAI via Velenya’s cloud to help with meal plans, meal photos, Super Agent conversations, and briefings. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. They are not a substitute for clinical judgment. You can turn AI processing off in Account settings.

Health integrations

Optional Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android) sync is under your control. Granting permission allows Velenya to read and, where enabled, write the categories described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access in system settings and turn sync off in the app.

Music and content

Music tracks and catalog content are licensed for personal, non-commercial use inside Velenya. Do not copy, redistribute, or publicly perform catalog audio outside the app. Contred Calm sounds are curated wellness audio for use with the contraction timer—not clinical labor monitoring.

Shop and affiliate links

Shop shows curated product suggestions. Tapping an offer typically opens a third-party store (such as Amazon) via affiliate links. Velenya may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. We do not process Shop checkout payments. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Partner View

If you invite a partner, you choose what limited postpartum snapshot they can see. You are responsible for who you invite. You can revoke access at any time. Do not use Partner View to share information you are not entitled to share.

Subscriptions

Core Care tools remain available on the free plan. Velenya Pro and similar paid features (such as higher Super Agent chat quotas) are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Manage renewals and cancellations in your store account settings. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by store policy or law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or abuse APIs, interfere with other members, reverse engineer the apps except where permitted by law, or use Velenya to provide clinical care to others. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on in-app content, AI output, health sync data, Shop recommendations, or third-party sites.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
