Shipping Policy
SHIPPING – DELIVERY – PAYMENT TERMS
We would like to inform our valued customers that the timeframes indicated below are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. These timeframes may be extended in exceptional cases, such as during periods of high order volumes.
Please also note that shipping times (which include order preparation and carrier pickup) range from 12 to 72 business hours, and are in addition to delivery times.

Standard Delivery
Our delivery times vary from 6 to 10 days, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.
Order Shipping and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
IMPORTANT – HOME DELIVERY ADVICE
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery notice with instructions and the address of the nearest pickup point.
You will then have 14 days to collect your package, with a valid ID.
⚠️ The customer is responsible for tracking their parcel. Make sure to retrieve your package from the post office within the given timeframe.
To do so, please check your emails, including your spam/junk folder. You can also follow the shipment status online using the tracking number we send you by email after your order is placed.
After 14 days, the parcel will be returned to the sender by the carrier.
As stated in our Terms of Sale, if a package is not collected in time from the post office or pickup point, shipping fees will not be refunded.
